Prizes

Not Commercialized

The prizes are named after the endemic species of Taiwanese animals in the hope that tourism and ICT resources can be put together to promote Taiwan's local culture, sustainable tourism, and the efforts to be in sync with the international standards. The breakthrough concept is expected to have the same degree of impact as the Taiwan blue magpie that flies audaciously to the world, and its long tail symbolizes a positive power that will stand for long. The Taiwan macaque, on the other hand, is a highlight integration of Taiwan's diverse cultures and local communities from all parts of the country. Even though Taiwan is a small island country, the power of solidarity and innovation gives it an important role around the world. Three teams will become the winners of Taiwan Blue Magpie Uniqueness Prize, while another three teams will be voted by the experts from various tourism-related public associations for the Taiwan Macaque Solidarity Prize. The details of the prizes are as follows:
  • Taiwan Blue Magpie Uniqueness
